





Sin Yoon Long Coffee
Ditubuhkan pada tahun 1937 oleh Wong Poh Ting dan Wong Poh Chew bersaudara; "Sin Yoon Loong" bermula sebagai kedai kopitiam biasa, dimiliki oleh sebuah keluarga Hainan di Malaysia. Ia pantas mendapat sambutan kerana keistimewaan kopi putihnya diaduk daripada biji kopi yang disangai dengan marjerin minyak sawit dan dicampur susu pekat yang kini telah diiktiraf sebagai kopi putih asli bandar Ipoh.
Walaupun perniagaan ini telah masuk generasi keempat, ia tetap mampu mengekalkan citarasa kelembutan aduk karamelnya yang asli. Ruangan kedai direka hampir sepenuhnya menggunakan bahan kayu buangan atau sisa reja kayu yang dibiarkan terdedah dengan cahaya matahari sebelum diketam, tujuannya bagi menonjolkan manfaat kitar semula. Menu kedai ini menawarkan selera harian orang tempatan, terutama makanan asas orang Hainan seperti kek span kukus, kaya buatan tangan, dan roti bakar dengan telur separuh masak, melengkapkan kenikmatan menghirup secawan kopi putih terkenal itu.
